our Kodak 2 Mini Photo Printer uses a special printing technology which gives vibrant and high-quality images.

are gift boxes provided?
yes, all orders come in dear agápi’s very own ribbon tie gift box!
what are the available shipping options?
currently, we only offer shipments to local addresses in Singapore.
all dispatched parcels will be trackable to ensure your order reaches you safely! our doorstep courier via J&T S$3.50
(3-5 working days) for every order or free for orders above S$50.00.
how long is the lead time after placing my order?
all orders will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed & shipped. we highly encourage you to place your order
a few weeks in advance to receive your order by a specific date.
can i ship my order to someone else directly?
yes of course! however, this is only possible if you will be shipping your order to just one local address. for multiple
orders to different addresses, kindly contact us regarding the additional shipping fees and delivery details.
can i get an exchange or refund?
as our products are made to order, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges once payment
has been made. please check your order thoroughly before proceeding with payment. however, if you’d like to make
any changes to your customisation, do contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
what should i do if i have received a defective product?
